1. Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Core Innovations Holdings LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Core Innovations Holdings LLC”, “we”, “us”), which operates CyberGov Alerts (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Early access
The Service is offered in early access. Features, pricing tiers, and availability may change. Founding pricing is offered to a limited cohort and is grandfathered for those subscribers once locked in.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute briefs without permission, abuse the Service, attempt to bypass authentication, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Public data and AI analysis
Opportunity data is sourced from public federal sources and enriched with AI scoring and recommendations. Scoring is decision support, not legal, contractual, or pursuit advice. You are responsible for your bid/no-bid decisions.
6. Email and notifications
By subscribing you consent to receive transactional and brief emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
6a. SMS program terms
CyberGov Alerts offers an optional SMS alert program for authenticated account holders. The program is informational and account-related and sends priority opportunity alerts and account notifications tied to your alert strategy. SMS is delivered through a third-party messaging provider.
Consent. By opting in through the in-product SMS opt-in flow and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring, automated, event-driven text messages from Core Innovations Holdings LLC at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time as described below.
Message frequency. Messages are recurring and variable — typically 0 to 10 messages per month per subscriber depending on alert strategy and matching opportunities.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are your responsibility and are not controlled by Core Innovations Holdings LLC.
Opt-out (STOP). Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from the program unless you opt in again.
Help (HELP). Reply HELP for help, or contact support@cybergovalerts.com.
Carrier liability. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Google Voice) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. The program supports major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability on any particular carrier may change without notice.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Payments
Paid tiers are billed per the plan you select. Early-access accounts may be free or discounted; billing terms will be presented before any charge is made.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific opportunity will be a fit, that scores will be accurate, or that delivery will be uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Innovations Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
