5a. SMS / Mobile messaging
CyberGov Alerts offers an optional SMS alert program for authenticated account holders who expressly opt in. The program is informational and account-related: it sends priority opportunity alerts and account notifications tied to your saved alert strategy. SMS is delivered through a third-party messaging provider (Twilio).
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing under any circumstance.
Mobile information is shared only with subprocessors strictly required to deliver the SMS itself (for example, our messaging provider and downstream wireless carriers), and only for the purpose of transmitting the message you requested.
Message frequency: recurring, event-driven, and variable — typically 0 to 10 messages per month per subscriber depending on alert strategy and matching opportunities.
Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates are your responsibility. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. Help: reply HELP or contact support@cybergovalerts.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Full SMS program terms are in the Terms of Service.
